Yes. Create your account, then your clinic, and use every module — appointments, online booking, waiting room, patient files, prescriptions, documents, billing and reports.

Your public page shows each doctor’s real free slots, computed from their working hours, breaks, time off and existing appointments. The patient picks a slot and leaves a name and phone number; you confirm the request (or let it confirm automatically).

Patient files are visible to you alone. Attached results and scans are stored outside the public website and are only served after checking that you own the clinic. The public waiting-room screen shows numbers, never names.

Yes. Add as many doctors and practitioners as you need, each with a specialty, a colour, their own working hours, appointment length, daily limit and online booking on or off.

When a patient arrives, one click checks them in and gives them a queue number. Press “call next” and the TV screen shows the number — and can announce it out loud. Patients can also follow the queue from their phone.

Yes, on A5 or A4 with your logo, your name, specialty and registration number. Certificates, sick leave, referral letters and lab requests are prefilled from editable templates.

Yes. Add the services performed to each consultation; the patient pays now, partly or later. Each patient has a balance, you record payments anytime and print receipts.

Yes. Each clinic has its own team, patients, agenda, design and data — completely separate.
