Frequently asked questions

Is the school software really free?

Yes. Create your account, then your school, and use every module — timetable, attendance, students, fees and receipts, grades, certificates, teacher pay, reports and online enrollment.

Which schools is it for?

Private schools, tutoring centers (exam preparation), language schools, vocational and computer training centers, preschools, Quran schools, music, arts and sports academies, driving schools… Courses are fully configurable.

How are monthly fees handled?

Each enrollment has its price (monthly, one-off or free). Fees are created automatically every month, on the due day you choose, skipping holiday months. A payment settles the oldest fees first and you print a numbered receipt.

How does attendance work?

Today’s classes come from the timetable. Open a class, mark each student present, late, absent or excused, note what was taught and the homework — then notify the absent students’ parents on WhatsApp in one tap.

What is the parent portal?

Each student gets a private link (no account needed) showing the timetable, attendance, grades, homework, fees due and payments. You share it on WhatsApp and can reset it at any time.

Can I print report cards and certificates?

Yes: report cards with weighted averages, ranks and mentions, numbered enrollment and attendance certificates and completion diplomas with your logo, header and signature — from editable templates.

Are students’ data protected?

Student files are visible only to you. Students’ photos are stored outside the public website and only shown inside your software. The public page only shows what you choose (courses, timetable, teachers).

Can I manage several schools?

Yes. Each school has its own students, groups, timetable, design and data — completely separate.
