Is the invoicing software really free?
Yes. Create your account, then your company, and use every feature: quotes, proformas, invoices, credit notes, delivery notes, payments, recurring invoices, reports and your public page.
Are my invoices compliant?
Invoices are numbered sequentially without gaps (the number is assigned only when you issue the invoice), show your legal IDs (RC, NIF, NIS, AI or your own), the client’s IDs, VAT per rate, stamp duty and the amount in words. An issued invoice cannot be modified: you cancel it with a credit note. Always check the rules that apply to your activity.
How does my client accept a quote?
Each document has a private link. You send it on WhatsApp or by email; your client opens it, downloads the PDF and accepts the quote by typing their name — you see it immediately in your software.
Can I handle VAT and stamp duty?
Yes: choose your rates (19%, 9%, 0%… or your own), a rate per line, and the stamp duty on cash payments with its rate, minimum and maximum. If you are not subject to VAT, the documents show your exemption note instead.
Can I print or save as PDF?
Every document, receipt and account statement can be printed or saved as a PDF from the browser, in A4, with your logo, colors, signature and stamp.
What about partial payments?
Record as many payments as needed (cash, cheque, transfer, card, CCP…). The balance, the status and the client’s account are updated automatically, and you can print a numbered receipt.
Is my data private?
Your clients, documents and figures are visible only to you. Each client only sees their own documents through their private link. Your signature and stamp are never stored in a public folder.
Can I manage several companies?
Yes. Each company has its own clients, catalog, numbering, design and data — completely separate.
