Is the pharmacy software really free?
Yes. Create your account, then your pharmacy, and use every module — point of sale, stock, purchases, reports and the public page.
Who can see my sales and my stock?
Only you (and the site administrator). Each pharmacy has its own separate data; the public page shows only the products you choose, and you decide whether prices and availability are visible.
Can I use a barcode scanner and print receipts?
Yes. Any scanner that types the code works in the point of sale, and receipts are formatted for 80 mm thermal printers (or A4).
How are expiry dates handled?
Each quantity you add is a batch with its own expiry date. Sales take the batch that expires first, expired batches are blocked, and you are warned in advance (90 days by default).
Can I manage several pharmacies?
Yes, you can create several pharmacies from the same account; each one has its own link, design and data.
Can I import my existing product list?
Yes: download the CSV template, fill it (or export from Excel) and import it — products, categories, prices, stock and expiry dates.
